In the pride of the Ones Who Smile, Jonin won her right to be queen and to mate with one of the royal bloodline by killing or maiming all other female rivals. She has two small cubs. Kunai a male, and Tai Jutsu a female. Jonin's first move as a leader was to relocate her pride away from the open ice land and into the broken mountains near the sea. Jonin is the first female of the Ones Who Smile to use compromise and negotiation in her dealings with the Dire Wolves and the Ice Bears. She has virtually ended revenge killings against her pride. Her people respect the other clans but still reserve the right to take meat when and where it can be found. They are currently on the edge of war with the Mastodon nation. Anger and suspicion is the order of the day between the two races. The Smilodon pride is the most dangerous and unpredictable inhabitants of Ice World.
