Emily O'Brien joins cast of Dagon Troll World Chronicles

Emily Roya O'Brien (born May 28, 1985) is an English-born, half Persian actress. She is a three-time Daytime Emmy-nominated actress and writer, known for her five-year series regular role of Jana Hawkes Fisher on The Young and the Restless, Julia in Pernicious and the voice of Y'Shtola in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. She has also portrayed Gamora in Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series and Special Agent Iman Avesta in Batman: The Enemy Within. She has signed on to play Ruth the human mother and wife of the Ambassador of Earth in the dark fantasy motion comic Dagon Troll World Chronicles.

Ruth is a kind, warm hearted woman who has the grace and good breeding to be an asset to her husband the Ambassador of Earth. She is a lonely woman and her baby is her solace and her comfort on this strange world of Goth. She is rethinking her marriage to the Ambassador because she feels obsolete and unappreciated when compared to his work. Her baby is her life, she just wants to return to earth and build a home there that her husband can return to when he is through building his career.
